What type of boat

One of the big questions to answer is "what type of boat?" I've been leaning towards a catamaran instead of a monohull but haven't made up my mind yet. Do you want a boat that has the most stable position upside down (cat) or at the bottom of the ocean (mono)? Overall I think I like the space available in the catamaran better and the lack of heal should make cruising easier. Hopefully the boat show will answer this question. I definitely don't like the cost of the catamarans. I've heard good things about PDQ and here's a possibility.
