Nice afternoon sailing on Lake Nockamixon today. Quite a few people out enjoying the beautiful afternoon. We also decided to take our Dalmatian (Pepper) out on the boat for the first time. I think she enjoyed the land better than the water.
We have her all hooked up with her life jacket, but all she wanted to do was sit on Ruth's lap. Not exactly the day I was hoping for, but we had fun non the less. I guess Pepper is not cut out to be a sailing dog.

We also had a little surprise when we got to the boat. The cockpit was full of water! I opened the hatch expecting the worse, but it was dry. I just had too much debris in the self-draining cockpit and it clogged. Simple fix!
Definitely missing the Caribbean, we had to paint the shed, so I picked a nice blue that reminds me of the islands. We also have a nice pink porch.
